Petra Cruz Simental

Petra Cruz Simental, 80, a lifetime Puebloan, passed away March 6, 2018. She was preceded in death by parents, Feliciano and Maria Louisa; her husband, Miguel Simental; her daughter, Rachel Ballou; several siblings and other relatives. She worked many years as a nurse at Parkview Hospital. She loved to sing and dance. Her altar was so precious to her, and she always wanted to help anyone in need. She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister, Maria Louisa Granillo; brother, Guadalupe (Margaret) Gomez; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Rosary 9:30 a.m., with memorial service to follow at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sacred Heart Cathedral. Family will receive friends at the Church Hall following the service
