Bennie F. Carrillo

Bennie F. Carillo Jr., 51, passed away Dec. 6, 2018, in Pueblo. He was born Dec. 23, 1966, to Felix and Virginia Carrillo Sr. He was preceded in death by his father, Felix Carrillo Sr.; his grandsons, Clinton Jordan Jr., Ricardo Duran and Icidro Duran; nephew, Justin Carrillo; niece, Roxann Cowan; in-laws, Ricardo and Rafelita Duran; and stepdaughter, Rose Duran. He was an excellent painter. He enjoyed yard work and loved to have the greenest grass. He was a jokester. Bennie was a gentle giant and would help anyone in need. Spending time with his family was everything to him. He leaves, to cherish his memory, his mother, Virginia “Ruby” Carrillo; his loving best friend and wife, Jeanette Duran; daughters, Erica and Danielle Reyes; step-daughter, Misty Duran; siblings, Rodney, Eva. Phil, Rosalinda and Hubert; grandsons, Ritchie, Bennie and Ricky; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service, noon Thursday, Angelus Chapel. Family will receive friends at The Zaragoza Hall following the service.
