Everett Reed

Everett Gene Reed, 95, passed away March 3, 2018 in Pueblo, CO. He was born May 20, 1922 in Los Angeles, CA. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Annie H. (Gonzales) Reed; sons, Richard E. Gonzales and Tony C. Roth; and daughter, Loreen R. Reed. Everett served in the U.S. Navy  from1941-1949 with a rank of FC3, serving on the USS Colorado Battleship. He worked at the security office for Long Beach Airport and the Queen Mary.  He enjoyed dancing, bowling, fishing, reading and road trips. He was a member of the American Legion. He leaves to cherish his memory; sons, Robert "Bobby" Gonzales. Gene L. (Susan) Gonzales, Mike R. (Joni) Gonzales, James R. (Laura) Gonzales, Perry T. (Kathy) Rodrigues; Leslie R. (Sue) Reed, and daughter,  Virginia S. Patton; 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends who loved and will miss him dearly.
