Gary Romero

Gary Demius Romero passed way September 19, 2019 He was born May 6, 1950 in Rocky Ford, Colorado to the union of Joe D. and Dorothy Romero both preceded him in death along with grandson Aaron.  He retired from the union Pacific Railroad  with 40 years of serviceGary is  survived by his loving wife of 50 years Rebecca Saiz Romero. His children Gary (Carla) Romero, Brian (Kristen) Romero and Kari (Sara) Romero. 7 grandchildren; Aaron, Alex, Abel, Adam, Austin, Gabbie, and Morgan. Gary loved sports softball, football, (Raiders) basketball was his favorite. He loved coaching and watching his children and grandchildren play sports. he enjoyed watching John Wayne western movies. He loved to travel and had a love and passion for trains. Rosary 7p.m. Thursday Funeral Mass 1p.m. Friday both at St. Joseph Catholic Church Father Joseph Vigil as Celebrant.
