Jesus "Chuey" Rosales Jr.

Jesus "Chuey" Rosales Jr. , 67, passed away March 30, 2019. A lifetime Puebloan he was born April 9, 1951 to Jesus and Jane (Perez) Rosales. He is preceded in death by his father Jesus Sr.; brother, Joseph Rosales; aunt, Jennie Perez; in-laws, Shirley (Gene) Weaver and Joseph Sanders. He served in the United States Navy, rank of E-4, and receiving the following awards: Purple Heart, 2 Bronze Hearts, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross. He enjoyed the outdoors and movies. Most of all he loved his time with his family. Jesus leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 30 years, Charlene (Sanders) Rosales; children, Derek (Amber) Rosales, Misty (Steve) Carrillo, Layla (David) Vigil, Alexis Rosales; mother, Jane Rosales; siblings, James Rosales and JoAnn Rosales; grandchildren; Breanna, Khristin, Jade, Alyse, Sylvia, David Jr., Sebastian, Neosha, Xavier, Aidan, Lilly, Dominic, Jeremiah, and Lexi; In-laws, Rhonda (John) Peterson, Ronald Sanders, Susan Sanders, Linda Clark; numerous other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Funeral Service 1p.m. Saturday at Angelus Chapel. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
