Jose Mauricio Cordova

Jose Mauricio Cordova, 70, passed away April 18, 2019. He was born August 16, 1948 to Joe and Casimira (Baca) Cordova both preceded him in death, along with daughter, Renee Maes; brothers, Albert, Leroy and Juan Cordova; sister, Flora Gallegos who passed away one day prior on April 17, 2019. Jose retired from The Town of Vail. He loved telling jokes, fishing and had a great sense of humor. Jose was a hard worker and provider for his family. He loved being the thorn on his sisters side. Jose is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Lorraine Cordova; son, Michael Cordova; grandson, Alexander Maes; sisters, Clara (Carmel) Deherrera, Frances (Arthur) Alires and Margarita Garcia; in-laws, Jim (Jodi) LiVecchi, Anthony (Katrina) LiVecchi, Debbie Castillo, Linda Smith, Leroy and Larry LiVecchi and Sandra (Dan) Gonzales; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will dearly miss him. Rosary 6pm Monday April 22, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pueblo, Colorado.
