Kristi Rae Lauer, 44, passed away after a short battle with an illness, on Friday, Nov. 2, 2018. Born to Bill and Connie Lauer on June 4, 1974, in Pueblo, Colo. Kristi was preceded in death by her father, Bill; uncle, Randy; aunt, Diana; cousin, Michelle; and friend, Shanell. Kristi enjoyed arts/crafts, concerts, road trips, traveling, beaches, having fun, her dogs, family dinner night and spending time with her family and friends. Kristi graduated from Pueblo East High School in 1992. She most recently was working at The Pueblo Chieftain as a Classified Inside Sales Manager where she enjoyed putting on events such as; the Pueblo Pet Expo, Garage Ma-haul and Best of Pueblo. Kristi was a loving wife, daughter, big sister, compassionate friend and animal lover. She was a charming person who had a mischievous smile, irresistible personality and an engaging sense of humor. She was a true leader, a kind hearted, and always put others before herself. Kristi leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Sean Anderson; loving mother, Connie; sister, Becky (Brandon); sister-in-law, Leslie (Kevin); niece, Katlyn (Nathan); nephew, Kris (Samantha); great- nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, close family friends, Duone, Duane, Dani, Heath, Cambron, Celeste, Katie, Chloe, Kim, Leonard, Beth, Melissa, Sandy, Amber; numerous friends; co-workers; “the Classies,” Linda, Cass, Marilyn, Amber, Jenn, Dannielle and Monica. She will be greatly missed by all. To honor Kristi’s memory, meet a new person; he or she could end up being a great friend. Laugh a lot and smile more than you frown.
