Louis J. Archuleta

Louis J. Archuleta, 73, passed away May 2, 2019 in Pueblo, CO. He was born July 21, 1945 in Taos, NM to Manuel and Emmalina (Garcia) Archuleta who precede him in death along with; spouse, Phyllis Archuleta; siblings, Eleanor, Valentine, Jimmy, and twin Manuel. He retired from Colorado Dept. of Transportation. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 145. He enjoyed music, and singing karaoke. He took great pride in his home and lawn. Louis had a great sense of humor. He cherished his time spent with friends and family. Louis leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Viola (Montano) Archuleta; his sons; Phil (Madeline), Chris (Robyn), Greg (Bridget); step-children, Cheryl (Tom), Brian (Jamie), Jason (Jennifer); mother-in-law, Griselda; grandchildren; Julian (Francesca), Josh, Kayla (Phil), Joel, Sebastian, Grace, Trevor (Ashley), Alysia, Isabella, Carl, Aspen, Willow, Hope, Elle, and Charlotte; great-granddaughter, Sophia; siblings, Delferio (Maryann), Thelma, Carmelita (Joe), Aldino (Barbara), Elvira (Charlie), Lawrence (Valorie); brother-in-law, Al (Cynthia); host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Special thank you to Sangre de Cristo Hospice; especially, Vince, Johanna, Diane, and Chaplain Mike. Rosary 6pm Thursday, Memorial Mass 11am Friday both at Holy Family Parish 2827 Lakeview Ave. Inurnment Imperial Memorial Gardens.
