Neil Leon Whitney, 88, passed away April 25, 2019 in Pueblo, CO. He was born Aug. 26, 1930 in Keystone, SD to Leon and Anna (Brown) Whitney, who precede him in death along with his beloved wife, Louise (Kelly) Whitney and 3 siblings. Neil retired as a Tech Sargeant from the U.S. Air Force with 21 years of service. He graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a B.A. in Auto Mechanics. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and VFW. He truly cherished his time with his family. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Anna Sherrill; granddaughter, Coralee Sander; great-granddaugthers, Whitney Sander and Genaveve Sander. Funeral Service 9:30a.m. Thursday, at Angelus Chapel. Interment, 2:15 p.m., Fort Logan National Cemetery with Military Honors by Buckley Honor Guard
