Robin (Roberta) Merritt, 58, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend to many, passed from this physical existence on April 21, 2018. Born on Saturday, 9th of January, 1960 in Canon City, CO. Preceded in death by father, Robert Hofmaister and brother John Blunn. Survived by her parents Marilyn and Allan Blunn of Pueblo; son Jason (Tamara) Merritt of Pueblo; daughters Jacqueline (Micah) Cordova of Spaceship Earth and Jourdan (Maggie) Ortega of Pueblo; sister Tammy (Alex) Jackson of Pueblo West; brothers, Robert "Bob" (Geri) Blunn of Albuquerque, NM. and Vince (Kelley) Blunn of Pueblo; nieces Janelle, Lachelle and Jessie; nephews Jeremy, Robbie, Justin, Brandon and Derek; granddaughters Paisley, Brixey and Finnley; the Guerrero's, Marion, Genia, Angel and Anthony and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Robin was passionate about drawing, music, dancing, making candles and taking care of her plants. Robin treasured time spent with her children and granddaughters, and was always the life of any occasion. She loved being creative and graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a bachelors degree in Art. Robin was loved and adored by her family and friends. The sound of her voice and the tone of her laughter will be missed by many. We love you Robin, and know that you are dancing with brother John. Funeral services, 11 a.m., Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Angelus Chapel with a reception immediately following at the Zaragoza Hall.
