Susie M. Medina

Susie M. Medina, 92, passed away January 29, 2019. She was born May 24, 1926 to the union of Joe M. and Narcisa (Tavarez) Pena both preceded her in death, along with, husband, Tony Medina; children, Tony Pena, Joe and Frank Valdez. Susie retired from the Goodwill with 37 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, cooking and loved to play the guitar. But above all she loved spending time with her family. Susie leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Manuel (Susan) Pena, David (Sandra) Medina and Mary (Ed) Ortiz; sister, Rosie Sotelo; 26 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. Funeral Service 10 a.m Thursday Feb. 14, 2019, Angelus Chapel. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Zaragoza Hall, following burial rites.
