Virginia D. Armijo

Virginia D. Armijo, 67, passed away Sept. 19, 2018. She was born Aug. 29, 1951 in Las Vegas, NM to Cristobal and Adela (Solano) Armijo who precede her in death along with granddaughter Desiree Trujillo; siblings, Lorraine, Ike, and Leo Armijo; sister-in-laws Chavella and Mary Armijo. She enjoyed making puzzles and framing them for her family. She was an amazing woman who was loved by all. She raised her children by herself, being the mama and daddy. Although she was small framed lady, she had the biggest heart. She leaves to cherish her memory; her children, Lisa Ayala (Gil Cardenas), Andy Trujillo, and Lauretta (Ron) Nuci; siblings, Benny (Julia) Armijo, Dolores (John) Wyatt, Cristobal Jr. (Geri) Armijo, Leo Armijo, Connie Armijo, Della (Sam) Mondragon, and Mary Gonzalez; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends. Rosary 9:30a.m. With Funeral Mass to follow at 10a.m. Saturday both at St. Francis Xavier Church.
