Walter Harrison Farris, 82, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday Jan. 12, 2018. He attended and graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School. Following graduation, he entered the United States Armed Forces and proudly served his country in the Army. Walter was employed by Colorado Fuel & Iron, where he retired after working diligently for 31 years. Walter, affectionately known as "Butch," was recognized as the patriarch of the family, a role which he humbly accepted.
