In Memory of Adam Glenn Jones
Adam Glenn Jones age 42, died unexpectedly on July 23 in Pueblo, Colorado. He lived with intensity and curiosity, exploring the world through motorcycles, literature, and games that allowed him brief escapes and deep connections. His humor was sharp, his laughter rare but real, and behind it all was a quiet seriousness that shaped how he saw life—and how life saw him. Adam faced difficult challenges, including long battles with mental illness and addiction. These were a part of his story, but not the whole of it. He carried them with a weight that few could understand and met each day with a strength that was rarely visible but deeply felt. He is survived by father Glenn Jones, sisters Janel Jones (Angela Ueber, Emmett Jones), Jennifer Reed (Charles Reed, Isabella Reed), and Jessica Bautista (Ryan Bautista, Rilo and Kai Bautista) and stepfather Jeffery Sims who will remember him in full: the complexity, the courage, and the contradictions. He was deeply loved. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Sims. The family will gather privately to honor his life.
For those inclined, donations may be made in his name to NAMI.org or by calling 800-950-6264.
