Alexander Montoya

Alexander Montoya, 64, passed away April 3, 2022. He was born March 30, 1958 in Pueblo, CO to Anita Rodriguez Esparza who precedes him in death along with granddaughter, Nastaciana; sisters, Toni and Rosie.  

He was a hard worker and always gave his best. He started his own shoe shining business at 5 years old, he was a top jewelry salesman,  and his own carpet cleaning business in his 30’s. He enjoyed a goodtime, playing pool and cards were some of his favorites. He also enjoyed music and dancing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, they brought him so much joy. His family was his everything.

Alexander leaves to cherish his memory; his children, Shane Montoya- Sosa (Raymond), BreeAnn Montoya (Darren), Natasha, and Andrea; grandchildren, Raymond Jr., JolAngel, Shane, Isabel, Zion, Amir, Israel, Josiah, Ariela, Damion, Noah; lifelong partner and friend, Isabel Cordova; numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Memorial service 11a.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2022, Angelus Chapel.
