Augustine Frank Duran

Augustine Frank Duran Jr., 75, passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2023. He was born April 2, 1947 in Rocky Ford, CO, to proud parents Augustine and Betty “Petra” (Solano) Duran, both precede him in death along with; his sister, Jennie Benavidez; his nephew, Steve Benavidez; his father-in-law, Lino Ambriz Sr., and brother-in-law Lubin Benavidez. “ Frank “ as he was affectionately known to family and friends, retired from Pueblo School District 70, where he worked for many years as a carpenter. He took great pride in his garden. He was also quite the "fixer" from jewelery to cars, he could fix anything. Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Gloria Ambriz Duran; his daughter, Kristin (Andrew) Callaghan; a sister, Molly Duran; grandchildren,  Tristin and Aurianna Callaghan; mother-in-law, Angela Ambriz; sister-in-law, Genevieve (Phillip)Algien; brothers-in-law, Lino Ambriz Jr., John (Shirley) Ambriz, Isidore (Bonnie) Ambriz, and Robert Ambriz; special nephew, Matthew Ambriz, great-nephews Horacio and Issac Benavidez; niece, Tracy Montez-Benavidez; special friend, Charles(Cecilia)Murillo; many relatives and friends who loved and will miss Frank dearly.
