Chantilli Katrice Jacobs, 26, passed away on June 4, 2026.  Born July 11, 1999 to Jonathan  L. and Jamie P. Jacobs in Pueblo, CO.

She is preceded in death by her, great grandfathers Mario Marcon and Virgil Jacobs; great grandmother, Helen Jacobs; grandfathers, Clyde Lewis, Gary L. Jacobs, Shannon Marshal; grandmothers, Maribeth Lewis, Constance Mayernick.

Left to cherish her memory are her father Jonathan Linden Jacobs; mother, Jamie Patrice (Jesse Clark) Jacobs; sisters, Kamryn Louise Jacobs and Isadora Clark; brother, Eben Clark; grandfather, James Patrick Philbin; aunt Tara Philbin; godmothers, Antoinette Masterantonio and Lucille Masterantonio; godfather, Justin “Kreepy” Aldrich; great grandmother, Marge Mayernick, great aunt Lori Waters; along with numerous family and friends.

Chantilli Katrice Jacobs was born on July 11, 1999.  She was our miracle baby.  It took her 72 hours to get here, but when she did, she was ready.  She jumped into this world with both feet, and everything she did after was no different.  She was blessed to be loved by so many and we were blessed to be loved so hard from her, family and friends.  Though, if she loved you, you were family to her.  She was her Papa Gary’s “Brat”.  She was her Grandma Connie’s “Chance” she has been reunited with them both.  She was her dad’s “Bumba”, her momma’s “Lilli” and her Kamryn’s “Sissy” and she always will be. 

We have so many to name, whom she loved.  Auntie Tara, Terri, Anna Spinuzzi and Angela White, Best Aunties ever she would say!  Cousins Ashley Guyer, Travis Mess and Alexandria James, Robert Mess, you too! Lindsay Shoemaker and Eric Waters… you know she loved you always. Too many to mention here, but you know who you are. Miss her every day. Until we meet again, keep all our angels smiling with your sharp wit.  We love you!
