Christopher J. Duran, 63, passed away April 4, 2021. He was born Jan. 24, 1958 in Avondale, CO to Anastacio and Viola Duran who precede him in death; along with brother, Fred Duran; grandparents, Fredolin and Rosita Sanchez- Lucero and Lonjino and Marina Duran. Christopher was retired. He worked as a heavy machine operator and master plumber; he was a “Master of ALL trades”. He enjoyed playing pool, fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle; he was a member of the “Street Soldierz” motorcycle club. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, and their gatherings. Christopher leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife, Stephanie Gonzales; children, Christopher L. Duran II (Alicia Espinosa), Nadine Duran, Joseph A. Duran, Christopher J. Duran Jr. (Latoya Cervantes), and Andrew J. Duran (Sarah Duran); siblings, Shirley Martinez (Ron), Nancy Martinez (Robert), Veronica Martinez, Leroy Duran, Longino Duran, Domingo Duran, Brenda Salazar (Fermin), Matilda Duran, Victor Duran, Anthony Duran, Jacqueline Salazar; 12 grandchildren; mother-in-law, Ida Otero; numerous other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
