Cindy Ruth Bray, 87, passed away on May 2, 2026. Born July 16, 1938 to Willie Bray and Willie Davis in Mississippi.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Jamison; brother Bill (Debbie) Bray; grandchildren, Marchs Donald, Janay Jamison, Marcel Bailey; great-grandchildren, Quincy, Marlo, Ruby Guage; sister, Delores Wilson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends in Ohio and Mississippi.
Cindy has been a Pueblo resident since 2012, where she loved the lakes and mountains. She was an avid fisherwoman, even though she was blind. She did not hold back from anything. Cindy was the best cook. You never left her home without eating. She was a snuff and tobacco user. We would limit her and she would fuss with you from one side to the other.
Cindy loved listening to country music and singing her favorite songs. Singing in the church choir was one of her favorite past times. She had a strong faith and always worshiped her Lord. She loved her trips to the casinos. But most of all, she loved being with her family, sharing her life stories and lessons. Her words of wisdom and her love for each of them.
She will be forever loved and missed!
