Consuelo Rivas Obituary

Consuelo Rivas, 94, passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside. A lifetime Puebloan she was born April 26, 1926 to Jose and Josefina (Cordova) Garcia, both precede her in death along with; her husband, Raymond Rivas; her daughter, Lydia Rivas; Michael Rivas, Danny Boy Rivas, and Linda Mitchell. Consuelo was an amazing mother and grandmother. She loved being with her family, sharing quality time with her life stories and her strong faith that she instilled in each of them. She is survived by her loving daughter and caretaker, Gloria Romero; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved and will miss her dearly.
