Danny A. Bates Sr., 39, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 23, 2023. He was born Dec. 1, 1983, in Bellflower, California to proud parents Bill Bates Jr. and Patrice (Zunter) Bates. Danny owned and operated Bates Delivery Service. He was a huge Raiders fan. He enjoyed playing the drums and bowling. Danny liked tinkering around with things. He loved spending time with his kids and family. Danny is survived by his parents, Bill Bates Jr., Patrice (Rodney) Guilinger; his wife, Tasia Bates; his children, Emily Bates, Danny Bates Jr. and Thaddeus Bates; his siblings, Billy (Brianna Beedie) Bates, Brayanne Guilinger, Bailey (Miles) Tillery and Brittany Guilinger; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. At his request cremation with no formal services at this time.
