David Issac Arellano

David I. Arellano, 84, passed away on May 1, 2026.  Born June 1941 in Monte Vista, CO to Jose and Mary Arellano.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Arellano; father, Jose Arellano; sons, Raymond Arellano and Levi Arellano; brother Floyd Arellano and sister Anita Arellano.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Judy, Betty Ann, Alishia and Penny; sons, David Jr. and Jay.

David will be remembered as a loving father, son brother and uncle.  He had a zest for life, loved to fish, play pool and grab a cold one or two.  He was a hard worker. Working as a roofer, carpet installer and in the copper mine. He would offer advice to others so they would better understand how to do their jobs.

He will forever be loved and missed.
