Diana Lynn Garcia

Diana Lynn Garcia, 68, passed away October 31, 2025. She was born June 24, 1957, to parents, Jose B. and Elizabeth (Ureta) Montoya. Both precede her in death along with her husband, Lawrence Garcia; son, Robert Montoya; daughter, Raquel (Amanda) Montoya; siblings, Linda Martinez, Rebecca Lerma, and David Madrid.

Diana had a passion for cooking and feeding everyone who came to visit, you never left her home without eating. She enjoyed playing games on her phone. Diana loved being around people and babysitting. Most of all she enjoyed family gatherings. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Diana is survived by her siblings, Christine Cabrera-Montoya (Ramiro Hernandez) and Gerald Montoya-Cohen (Alan Cohen); sons, Richard Montoya and Jose Montoya; 3 grandchildren, Suzanna Gaut, Steven Trujillo, and Azaria Montoya; 1 great grandchild, Mariella Montoya; step-daughters, Diana Vigil and Dorthy Garcia; daughter-in-law, Silvia Montoya; her aunti nina (Elizabeth Montoya); and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, extended family, friends, and lifelong friend, Kathy Martinez.
