Eleanor Montoya

Eleanor Montoya, 79, went to be with the lord on June 15, 2021. She was born April 12, 1942, to Pete and Angie (Maes) Montoya both precede her in death, along with her brothers, Eddie and David Montoya and grandson, Francisco Alcon. Eleanor's life revolved around her extended family. She was the center of every event and every occasion. She was the life blood of her family. She had two extra special grandsons Leandro and Eddie who she cherished with all her heart. She always liked to be on the go constantly moving. Eleanor always made sure she looked her best, turning heads wherever she'd go. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Above all she loved her family, always spending time with each and every one of them. Eleanor leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Phillip Romero, Lisa Romero, April (Mark) Duggan, Diana (John) Vigil, Lawrence Garcia, Dorothy Garcia and Lucio Medina; 23 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many cherished friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m Thursday June 24, 2021, St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery.
