Ernesto Antonio Alarcon Sr., affectionately known as "Ernie" and "Tatoo", passed away on December 29, 2024. He was a lifetime Puebloan born August 24, 1950, to the late Jacinto Alarcon and Phyllis Martinez. Also preceded in death, Siblings: Sarafina Alarcon, Robert "Bob" Alarcon, and Bonus Brother Rudy Martinez.
Tatoo was an avid Broncos fan; he enjoyed playing pool, gambling, and going to Las Vegas. He enjoyed fishing, being with family, especially on the 4th of July, his favorite holiday. He was a Vietnam Veteran. Tatoo cherished his 1971 Roadrunner. He had a heart of gold, always helping anyone in need. He loved listening to music, especially his oldies while sharing his stories with his family & friends, especially his grandbabies who were the apple of his eye. Tatoo never missed the news, watching M*A*S*H. and the Price is Right.
Tatoo is survived by his loving wife of 51yrs. Rose Hilda Alarcon; Children; Roxanne Alarcon, Tina (Jack Jackson) Alarcon, Ernesto Antonio Alarcon: Siblings: Mary (Henry) Manzanarez, Chris (Nancy) Alarcon, Betty Alarcon: Sister in laws; Lupe (Juan) Sierra: 4 Grandchildren; Devon Roman Alarcon, Xandria Leigh Alarcon, Amariah Jade Alarcon, Asher Wielinga Alarcon; 1 Great-grandchild, Xander Alarcon Trujillo, Bonus Sister, Corrine Martinez; several nieces & nephews, to include Jeanette Gonzales, Michael Romero, BJ Alarcon, and several friends and family who will miss him dearly.
Celebration of Life, 10 am, Fri., Jan. 10, 2025 at The Angelus Chapel.
