Eva Marie Pierce, 96, passed away peacefully May 27, 2024 with her family at her bedside. She was born July 25, 1927 in Wolcott, Colorado to parents James and Nellie Day, both precede her in death along with her husband, Frank Pierce, brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Katherine Day; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Richard and Evelyn Pierce; sister-in-law, Yvonne Icke; best friends, Gilma Stuart and Greta.
Eva Is survived by; her children, Susan (Bill) Conner, Dave (Margie) Pierce, Ken (Heidi) Pierce; grandchildren, Amanda (Dominick) Luna, Cody Pierce, Catlin Pierce, Tina Apodaca; great- granddaughters, Larissa and Jaelynn Apodaca; great-great granddaughter, Nevaeh Apodaca; sister-in-law, Charlene Hartle; nieces, Kim, Alison, Lisa, Colleen; nephews, Ronald, Shawn, Tim, and John; special friends and caregiver, Pat Padilla and Richard; numerous family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Eva, was most proud of being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was raised in Gypsum where she graduated from high school. It was in Gypsum where she met the love of her life, Frank Pierce; together they raised Susan, Dave, and Ken in Denver, CO. After the death of her husband in 1999, she moved to Pueblo, CO. She had a house built on Kingsroyal Blvd., where she met many friends. She then moved to the Pueblo Regent an independent senior living. She was very active, she enjoyed playing bingo and taking walks with her friends, Greta and Marilynn. Her final move was to Cappella in Pueblo West, CO where she continued to go on walks and play games with many friends. Everyone loved her.

She will be greatly missed by so many who loved her.
