Frances M. Garcia, 82, passed away April 16, 2021. A lifetime Puebloan she was born October 9, 1938 to Victor and Maria (Godinez) Nuci who precede her in death along with her beloved husband of 40 years Ambrose Garcia; siblings, Juan Nuci, Thomas Nuci, Aurora Nuci, and in-laws, Josephine Garcia, Jessie Olivas, Dora Marquez Nuci, Juanita Nuci. She was a founding member of the Retired Enlisted Associations and a member of the Fiesta Day Committee. She enjoyed Bingo, sports, novellas, Broncos, and giving her son Andy a hard time as they always were joking and teasing each other. She loved Sunday dinners, family gatherings, spending time with her children and grandchildren who were her world. She was their greatest cheerleader. She instilled in her family; faith, education, and hardwork. She was the definition of “kind”, making all who she came in contact with feel like family. Frances is survived by; her children, Andrea Garcia, Andrew “Andy” Garcia, RoseMarie Garcia, James (Richelle Guerrero) Garcia; brother, Ernest Nuci; in-laws, Sandy Olivas; grandchildren, Angelique (Robbie), Bianca (Drew), Miguel (Lauren), Marlena (Andrew), Johnny, Izzak, Zander; great-grandchildren, Robbie Jr., Remington, Orion, Jaryn, Miguel Jr., Malik, Amari, and Baby Boy; numerous other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
