Helen Ruth Frazier, 86, passed away August 23, 2020. She was born Nov. 14, 1933 in Prescott, Arkansas to the union of Hezekiah and Hattie Lee (Gulley) Neal who preceded her in death along with siblings, William and James Neal; sister-in-law, Mary Jane Neal. She was a member of the Seven Day Adventist Church on Claremont. SHe was a healthcare provider for many. She enjoyed trips to Cripple Creek and traveling with her brothers to Arkansas. Helen's family meant the world to her. She loved to spend time with them, having BBQ's and sharing stories together. Helen leaves to cherish her memory; her children, Patricia Neal Harris, Carl Frazier, Ronald Frazier, Myra (Robert) Durham, Kirk Frazier, Regina Lamar, and Veronica Frazier; 18 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; her two brothers, Albert Neal and Torrence "TC" Neal; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
