Irene Mary Finn

Irene Mary Finn, 92, a resident of Boone, CO was born Jan. 20, 1929 to Joe and Manuela (Chavez) Mascarenas both precede her in death along with her husband, Barney Finn; sister, Patsy Mascarenas; children, Michael Finn, Gilbert Finn, Lillian Marquez, and Vera Razo; grandson, Steven Marquez. Irene was a go-getter. She was a strong lady, not only in her faith, but also a fixer-upper.  She had a green thumb, her yard and garden were amazing, especially her tomatoes. She loved cooking for her family. You never left her home without eating. She was loving and caring, always there to help anyone in need.  She liked to clean and volunteered at her church. Her biggest joy was her family, and she cherished their times together. Irene is survived by her children, Karen (Carlos) Avila, Jerry (Ester) Finn; sons-in-law, Franklin Marquez, and Frank Razo; sister-in-laws, Athena Finn, Patsy Garza, and Patricia Valdez; grandchildren, Frank (Pauline) Razo, Denise Avila, Rodney Razo, Celisa Romero, Jason (Pam) Marquez, Susana Avila, Richard Finn, Carlos Avila, Jack Larkins and Anthony Larkins; 19 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends who will miss her. Rosary Fri. Nov. 19, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., Mass to follow both at Sacred Heart of Avondale. Internment St. Vrain.
