Ismael Burgos Rivera

Ismael Burgos Rivera, 69, passed away June 21, 2021. He was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico on Nov. 20, 1951 to Julio and Justina (Rivera) Burgos both precede him in death along with sister Aida J. Burgos Rivera, brother, Angel M. Burgos Rivera and Partner Rosa Montoya. He was a professional soldier serving in the United States Army. He was proud of his Military Service. Ismael received two National Defense Service Medals; Marksman Badge; Vietnam Campaign Medal; Vietnam Service Medal and Bronze Service Star. Ismael had his degree in accounting and auto mechanics, he enjoyed working on cars, watching western movies, spending time with family, especially with his daughter and granddaughters. Ismael is survived by his daughter, Kelly L. Watson; granddaughters, Jordan Watson, and Leia Walker; siblings, Carlos Burgos Rivera, Hipolito Burgos Rivera, Maria V. Burgos Rivera, Julio M. Burgos Rivera and Elsa M. Burgos Rivera. Funeral Service 2:30 pm Thursday July 1, 2021, Pueblo Christian Center. There will be a funeral service on July 5, 2021, in his home town of Carolina, Puerto Rico with burial at Borinquen Memorial Park #3
