James Arthur Baca, 69, passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2025, in Pueblo, Colorado. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Josie Baca.
Born and raised in Pueblo, James was known for his warm heart, steady presence, and the deep love he held for his family. A devoted Catholic, he lived his faith with humility and sincerity, offering kindness and compassion to all who knew him.
James is survived by his brothers, Michael J. Baca and Albert (Dorothy) Baca; his sisters, Donna (Harold) Padilla and Elizabeth (Jerry) Montoya; and his special friends, Gary Kennedy and Julie Smith. He is also remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who cherished him.
James will be lovingly remembered for his faith, his kindness, his quiet strength, love of oldies music, especially The Beatles, and the meaningful connections he built throughout his life.
