Jason T. Guerrero

Jason T. Guerrero, 46, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 3, 2024. He was born on December 10, 1977 in Pueblo, CO to proud parents, Ted and Pat (Samora) Guerrero. He is preceded in death by his father, Theodore Guerrero; his grandparents, Ernest F. Samora, Joseph D. Guerrero, Russel and Eva Deleon; numerous uncles, aunts, and friends.

Jason was a 1996 graduate of South High. He went on to further his education. He earned his BS from CU Boulder in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and information systems. He then received his MBA from CSU Pueblo, and M.Ed from Arizona State University. Jason was the owner/partner of G and G Consulting Group, LLC. He was a leader in providing financial services and back-office support to charter schools, contract and magnet schools, school districts, and non-profit organizations. Jason had a passion for education and was a lifetime learner. He was a world traveler, and he loved life to the fullest. He had a heart of gold, a giving spirit, and was a friend to all.

Jason is survived by his loving mother, Pat Guerrero; sister, Kim (Tom) Denslow; niece and nephew, Sarah and Samuel Denslow; special cousin, Nicole (David) Barela; godchildren, Esperanza, David, and Santino Barela; special friend, Felicia Guerrero; godparents, Ray and Arlene Montoya; aunts, Evelyn Montez, Gloria Rodriguez, Mary Louise (Steve) Guerrero Cordova, and Joyce (Art) Manzanares; uncles, Tom, Tony and Joey Guerrero, and Ron Deleon; numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral Mass, 9:15 am, Fri., Sept. 13, 2024 at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.
