Jeremiah “J-Man” Corbett, 23, passed away unexpectedly on July 10, 2025. A proud lifelong resident of Pueblo, he was born on November 28, 2001, to loving parents Charles Franklin Corbett II and Janet Trujillo.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Franklin Corbett II; aunts, Inez Carrillo, Iris Trujillo, and Amanda Trujillo; great-aunt Jackie Roldan; and great-grandparents Jake and Rose Baca.
Jeremiah was a graduate in automotive technology and earned his associate’s degree with pride. He previously worked at MXV Rail and was most recently employed as a correctional officer with the Colorado Department of Corrections. He had a passion for cars, whether it was driving, fixing or just admiring them.
Jeremiah was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend. He found joy in spending quality time with family and friends, working out with his younger brother Joseph, and spoiling his nieces and nephews. He had a sweet tooth for gummies and Nerd Clusters and never missed a chance to show kindness to others.
He will be remembered for his generous heart, his forgiving spirit, and his willingness to help anyone in need—whether family or stranger.
Jeremiah is survived by his mother, Janet Trujillo; stepfather, Joseph Giron Sr.; siblings, Jacob (Elizabeth) Trujillo-Corbett, Ja’Nay Corbett, Jasmine Corbett, Julia Giron, Joseph Giron Jr. and Alexis Giron; nieces, Joslyn Trujillo, JoLee Trujillo and Lorraine Giron; nephews, Jacob Trujillo Jr., Joseph Giron, Silas Ames, and Zachary Trujillo.
