Jimmy R. Kiefer, 65, passed away July 29, 2024. He was born June 6, 1959 to parents, Edward and Guadalupe (Lopez) Kiefer. Both precede him in death along with his siblings, Joe, Sofie, Florence and Johnny.
Jimmy graduated from Aguilar High School. He was a social butterfly, he loved to talk. Jimmy was very humble and kind, always wanting to help anyone no matter what the situation was. He enjoyed the outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing or camping. He loved sports, watching his children, nieces, nephews and most recently his grandchildren, that was his biggest joy. Jimmy loved spending quality time with his family sharing stories, life lessons, wisdom, and his love with each of them. His pride was being a dad and the best grandpa a child could ask for.
Jimmy is survived by his children, Jimmy A. (Alicia) Kiefer, Chris (Crystal) Kiefer, Jermey (McKayla) Kiefer, and Jessica (Elefar) Garcia; siblings, Jenny, Sonny, Shirley (Alfonso), Rosie (Jake), Richard and Diane; grandchildren, Andrew, Angelo, Wyatt, Cheyenne, Kynlee, Carson, and Sadie; godchildren, Cheri Archuleta, Shaina Maestas, Annie (Coy) Letlow, and Andrew Romero; and mother of his children, Eliza (Al) Molina; several other family and friends who loved and will miss Jimmy.
Funeral Service, 3 pm, Tues., Aug. 6, 2024 at Angelus Chapel.
