Joan Frances Potestio

Joan Frances Potestio, 88, affectionately known as “Aunt Joanie” passed away peacefully March 13, 2025. A lifetime Puebloan she was born March 16, 1936 to parents, Kale and Mildred (Marco) Potestio both precede her in death along with; her brother, Jim (Ethelyn) Potestio. A long-time educator, she taught at Morton Elementary for many years. Joan is survived by her nieces, Mindy (Clay Ranson) Potestio and Mary (Rich) Lane; many cousins, caretakers, and friends who will miss her  dearly.

Burial has taken place. Roselawn Cemetery.
