Jose P. Bachicha

Jose P. Bachicha, 81, passed away April 28, 2021. He was born Aug. 29, 1938 to Epifanio and Refugio (Ruiz) Bachicha both precede him in death along with siblings, Pat, Arthur, Viola and Epifanio Jr. He was affectionately known to family and friends as “Mike”. He is served in the U.S. Army and Retired as a Master Masonary in the construction field. Mike loved to walk and reading was a favorite pastime of his. He also enjoyed watching basketball and watching movies. His biggest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and former wife who stood by his side throughout it all. He is survived by, mother of his children, Patricia Mora, children, Michael Bachicha and Georgina Diaz; his siblings, Lucy Lopez, Tony Bachicha, Gilbert Bachicha, and Suzanne Laswell; 5 grandchildren, Monique, Monica, Mikie, Zach, and David; 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Celebration of Life, Wed. May 5, 2021 at 11a.m., Angelus Chapel. Military Honors by Pueblo Veterans Ritual Team.
