Jose N. Fierro

Jose N. Fierro, 88, passed away June 6, 2022. He was born Dec. 25, 1933 in Big Bend, CO to Apolonio and Manuela (Medina) Fierro who precede him in death along with former wife Alice Fierro, and numerous siblings.

Jose served in the Air Force. He retired from the Pueblo Army Depot. He loved watching war documentaries, westerns, and the Broncos. He enjoyed the outdoors; camping, his garden, and working on cars. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Jose leaves to cherish his memory; his daughters, Belinda (Vick) Lopez and Roberta (Ray) Herrera; grandchildren, Clair (Chris) Flauta, Samantha Lopez, Lauren Lopez, Luke Herrera, and Reid Herrera; brother Danny (Becky) Jacobs; 2 great-grandchildren; former wife, Maria Fierro; numerous other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Celebration of Life 10a.m. Friday June 17, 2022, Angelus Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Military Honors by Pueblo Veterans Ritual Team.
