Jose F. Miera

Jose F Miera, 74, passed away July 14, 2021, he was born June 15, 1947 in Monte Vista, CO. to proud parents Alfonso and Eleanor (Duran) Miera who precede him in death along with his son, Felix Miera, his brothers, Albert, Alfonso Jr. and Fermin. Jose enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, playing the guitar and singing Spanish music. He also enjoyed his coffee, eating his spiky, and walking “King” the family dog. Above all he loved being with his family who he loved. Jose is survived by his children, Rafelita (Gary), Nancy, Julian (Leann), Joel, Jennifer, and Martin (Sonya); 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren; 2 grand puppies, Gizzmo and Dinky; siblings, Eleanor, Carmen, Lawrence, and Manuel; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends.
