Josephine S Gutierrez…lost her courageous battle with breast cancer on June 22, 2020 with her family by her side. Born April 4, 1948. Josephine loved spending time with her family, cooking, reading & playing games. She was always a favorite babysitter for her nieces, nephews & grandchildren.
Predeceased by parents: Manuel and Fannie Gonzales (Montoya), Sister: Anne “Wesa” Butler and Brother-in-law: Dave Butler, Brothers: Gene Gonzales and John Gonzales, Niece: Lisa Butler, Nephews: Christopher Villanueva and Jon J Gonzales. Great Granddaughter: Jazmin Jimenez, and former husband & best friend Gilbert Gutierrez
She leaves to cherish her memory her Children: Jeri Jimenez, Michele (Robert) Lopez, and James (Monique) Jimenez. Stepson Gabriel Gutierrez, and Grandson that she raised as her son Gabriel (Marisol) Gutierrez, II. Godson Ronald Brolin. The father of her children James Jimenez, Sr.
Grandchildren: Marcus (Janice) Jimenez, Michael Lopez, Janelle Jimenez, Kendra Jimenez & Brooke Jimenez all of Denver Colorado
Great Granchildren: Jordan Jimenez, Xzavier Medina, Aariyah Jimenez, Armani Chavez, Jaylah Jimenez, Myla Gutierrez, Julissa Jimenez & Janessa Jimenez

At Josephine’s request there will be no formal service. Celebration of life will be held July 3, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 2830 Azalea, Pueblo Colorado. Please bring covered dish.
