Julia Sandoval Stahlecker

Julia Sandoval Stahlecker, 95 passed away peacefully on June 21, 2024. She was born on July 9,1928 in Trinidad, Colorado to Julius Apodaca and Daisy Barela Apodaca. Julia was educated in California and graduated from Los Angeles Highschool in 1946. She enjoyed watching the Broncos and boxing matches with her son Edward who was coaching. Julia also loved camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren little man Issac and babies Xexala, Leo, and Cash. She also had a special bond with her daughter in law Jugie and her granddaughters that she loved like her daughters Janice and Carol. Julia is preceded in death by her parents, son Edward Apodaca, and brother Joe Apodaca. She leaves to cherish her memory with her beloved children Ronnie(Barbara) Sandoval, Rudy Sandoval, daughter in law Theresa Apodaca, 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 24 great great grandchildren, godchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends. The family extends their heart felt gratitude to everyone involved in the care of Julia, specifically Argus and her great friend Buffy.
