Margaret "Marge" James

Margaret James, affectionately known as “Marge”, 94, was born on December 15, 1929 in Tioga, Colorado. The angels took her into God’s arms on September 18, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her mother, (Christina), her father, (Nello) and her stepfather, (Lawrence), her sisters, (Gloria and Bertha) and her brother, (Oliver).

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; and she is survived by her sons, Pat (Donna), Mike (Rhonda), Debbie James; grandchildren, Lance (Jessica), Tiffany (Brandon), Nikki (Vince), Misty (Nic) and step grandchildren, Abby (Luis) and Barret (Payton). Also great grandchildren, Gia, Brennon, Enzo, Brailey, DeLaynee, Tyler, Mackynzee, Clare, and Payzlee, Landon and Bruno. And Floyd, the French Bulldog who she loved to feed sausage and bacon to on Sunday mornings.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at University Care for all their special care and attention during her time there.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the Pikes Peak Humane Society in Pueblo or Colorado Springs in her name.

"God has gained a special angel and we will miss her…she lives in all our hearts".

Funeral Mass , 10 am, Mon., Oct. 7, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Internment, Roselawn Cemetery.
