Mark Anthony Casias

Mark Anthony Casias, 49, affectionately known as “Mo”, passed away November 5, 2021. A lifelong Puebloan, he was born to parents Jesse Casias and Patricia Trujillo. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Casias, special aunties, Corky and Lulu, and grandparents Alfonso and Bernice Trujillo.

Mark was a mechanic and enjoyed being outdoors. He liked fishing, hunting, and camping. He was an incredible cook and loved to BBQ for his kids and family. He would help anyone in need but most of all he lived for his family, his children, and wife Vanessa. His family was his world, and they had a bond that could never be broken.

Mark leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Vanessa Murphy; mother, Pat Trujillo; second mother, Cathy Garcia; his children Tru Caias, Mia Casias, Paxton Casias, Peyton Casias; siblings, Michael (Lucinda) Ortiz, Christina (James) Gonzales, Cindy (Jason) Gonzales, Chris Ortiz, Tony Martinez, Tavo, Jessie (January) Casias, Julio (Melissa), Matilda Ortiz, Renee (Alex) Herrera; step-parents, Albert Ortiz, and Darlene Hernandez; Numerous special friends, nieces, nephews, and other family members he loved and who will miss him dearly.
