Marvin is preceded in death by his son Roy Hollis-Smith; brother Bobby Smith and brother-in-law Pete Gonzales. He is survived by his daughter Marissa Smith; 4 grandchildren; mother Charlotte Ard; twin brother Kevin Smith; brother Timothy (Delia) Tochtrop; sisters Tammy Scotton and Tina Gonzales.
