Mary Theresa Trejo

Mary T. Trejo, 63, affectionately known as “Theresa” passed away January 5, 2025. A lifetime Puebloan she was born Sept. 29, 1961 to Esquipula “Pete” Trejo and Dorothy (Frank) Alcon who precede her in death along with nephew, James Edward Trejo Garcia.

Theresa is a South High Class of 1980 graduate. She worked at Southside Safeway for many years. She enjoyed music. She also loved taking pictures; she previously worked for Channel 2, FOX, and Telemundo. Her favorite number was TWO. She was an avid Bronco fan, cheering them on win or lose. She liked to go out to eat. Theresa was a true people person, she had such a great personality and sense of humor. She always liked to meet new people, sharing her happiness and great smile. She was so caring and always helped others in need. She was the best sister anyone could ask for. 

Theresa is survived by her sister, Martha Trejo (Andrew Lucero); nephew, Miguel Trejo; cousin, Jeanette Gius; many family members and friends. Theresa was loved and will be missed by many.
