Michelle Medina

Michelle Medina passed away unexpectedly on November 22, 2021. She is preceeded in death by her brother Jackie Montoya and her mother Patsy Montoya. She is survived by her loving husband Archie Medina who adored her. Michelle was a hard worker. She worked everyday to go home to take care of her family. She loved her children Jaclyn Drobnitch

(Keven), Desiree (Jose Ortega), Kala Medina, Mario Doose (Brittany) Devin Doose and Cheyenne Doose. Her greatest joy of all were her grandchildren Julian, Emiliano, Lynda, Maddyn, Rachel, Sophia, Holly, Jaxson, Patti, Kira, Laylani, Grace Lynn and Logan. She loved and cared for them all. 

Michelle was born in San Jose, California, June 3, 1964 and then resided in Lombard Village. She is survived by her father, Filiberto and Evelyn Montoya, siblings, Mary Montoya, Jerry Montoya (Liz), Jamie Montoya (Diane), Kathy (Audrey) Santoya, and Phillip Montoya

(Cathy). Numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Michelle enjoyed cooking and hosting parties, she always said that her number one ingredient was love. She took pride in being the bistro supervisor at the Pueblo Marriott. She would go above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. She was fun to be around and was the life of the party. She would enjoy dancing, listening to music, and going ‘‘bumming’’ to Cripple Creek with her husband. Michelle will be deeply missed by many, especially her smile.
