Pauline M. Juarez

Pauline M. Juarez, 98, died peacefully in her home on October 16th, 2024. She was born in Pueblo on June 22, 1926.  She is survived by her two daughters Rebecca Juarez, Monica Juarez, Comadre Sweetpea, and sisters Angelina Verna, Sally Apodaca and sister-in-law Nancy Munoz.  She will also be remembered by numerous nieces and nephews, and close family friends. Pauline was preceded in death by her loving husband Ricardo. She was one of thirteen children born to Francisco A. and Luisa P. Munoz who preceded her in death as well as siblings Alice (Haze), Salvador (Lucy), Alfred (Juvie), John (Lillie), Frank (Chris), Gloria, Raymond (Jeanne), Richard (Dora),Tom and Tony (June).  Also brothers-in-law Frank Verna and Mike Apodaca. 

Pauline was “one of a kind” and found great peace and happiness spending time with her daughters and family. She never saw an outfit she didn't have to have, had a great appreciation for anything pretty, enjoyed her soap operas and pretty Hallmark Holiday movies.  Most importantly she never missed spending time every night with her Rosary and Prayers.

Services will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.at St. Mary’s Help of Christians Catholic Church, followed immediately by a Repast at St. Mary’s Hall. Internment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to Sangre de Cristo Hospice or a charity that is important to you.

A Note from her daughters: For all of you who knew our Mother, please take comfort in knowing she was able to help in the planning of her pretty service.  We ask that you honor her by wearing your favorite outfit, whatever that may be, to her service.
