Raymundo Torres

Raymundo Torres, 90, passed away June 12, 2021. He was born May 28, 1931 in Talpa, New Mexico to parents Celso and Eralia. Raymundo is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Clorinda Torres (Duran); daughter, Eileen Torres, his parents, siblings, Victoria, Anselmo, Jose and Larry and several other loved ones. 

Raymundo served in the Korean War, was a family man and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved working on cars and woodwork, but most of all he loved being surrounded by his family. Raymundo worked in the Mines; he retired from CF&I and Sears.

He is survived by his children, Raymond (Lanette) Torres, Marbella (Michelle) Torres, Juanita Rodriguez; grandchildren, Vanessa (Cornelio) Valentin, Raymundo (Sara) Beebe, Berlinda (Domingo) Pedro, Clorinda (Luis) Torres, Tony (Tina) Rodriguez, Julia, Joanna; great grandchildren, Feloncie (Fidencio), LyCynthia (Manuel), Angelina (Mauricio), Marisol, Didia, Cornelio Jr., Elias, Juan, Eliza, Kayla, Alma, Vanessa, Adela, Veronica, Brisa, Alejandra, Luis, Cecilia, Serenity, Issac and Katie; 2 great-great grandchildren, Neymar and Annaleigha; 2 sister in laws, Esmeralda Vigil, Mimie Duran and his loving sister Pablita Gabaldon; his best friends and four legged companion Uva; nieces cousins and other relatives and friends who will miss him very much. 

Rosary 10 am Wednesday with Mass to follow 11 am both at Holy Family Parish. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Military Honors by Pueblo Veterans Ritual Team
