Rose Rodriquez Obituary

Rose Rodriquez, 43, passed away on September 23rd, 2021. She was born and raised in Pueblo CO by her loving mother Dorothy Rodriquez. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Rose Gonzales.

Rose was a fearless and kind life-long Puebloan and graduate of Central High School. She loved walking around her neighborhood, often wearing her signature “Security” shirt and one of her beloved hats. She was always willing to lend a helping hand on whatever projects her neighbors might be working on. When she wasn’t helping others and securing her community, she enjoyed finding treasures with her metal detector and hunting for antiques. She especially loved her music. Oldie’s music was her favorite, especially Otis Redding.

Rose leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother, Dorothy Rodriquez; sister, Udella (Dwayne Martinez) Valdez; brothers, Eugene and Tom Valdez; special friend, Renee Gonzales and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors who will miss her dearly.
