Samantha Gene Rodrigues

Samantha Gene Rodrigues, affectionately known as “SamRod”, 32, of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on November 24, 2020.  She was born on January 15, 1988.

Sam leaves to cherish her memory…her greatest blessing; her son, Zaine; her parents, Dino Rodrigues and Terri DiVivo Rodrigues; her sister and best friend, Ali Rodrigues; the family dog “Bean”; two very special grandmas, Betty DiVivo and Vera Rodrigues; a very special Auntie Sherry; and countless loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends…all of whom will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her Grandpa, Jerry Rodrigues; an Aunt, Christina Rodrigues; as well as great grandparents; and the love of her life, Antonio “Dirty” Vigil, who showed her the love of riding and are now together forever.

Sam graduated from Central High School in 2006.  She was blessed with intelligence, a sense of humor, and a huge heart.  She also had a keen sense of quoting movie lines that usually her and her sister were the only ones that understood.

You will be forever missed, but you are at peace now baby girl and we will forever hold you in our hearts.  We will all take good care of Zaine (Peanut, Moose, Huggies, Zaine Brain, Zaine Baby) and make sure he never forgets his momma…all our love Mom, Dad, and Ali Rae.
