Sarah Lee Pena

Sarah Lee Pena passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2025. Sarah was born on June 5, 1977 in Pueblo, CO.

She is survived by her father, Brad (Melende) LaChapelle of Justin, TX; sisters, Jerry Lee Pena of Denver, CO, Samantha Aragon, Claudia LaChapelle, Jasmin Cumayas, Rosella LaChapelle and Olivia LaChapelle; brothers, Chappy LaChapelle and Travis LaChapelle; son, Jeremiah Montoya Pena of Denver, CO; daughters, Jazmin (Juan) Montoya Pena of Denver, Co, Janyessa (Michael) Pena of Denver, CO and Jayna Pena of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Juelz, Masyus, and Mahlani.

Sarah was an adventurous person that loved to travel. She enjoyed skydiving, and shopping. Her passion was shoes . She loved life, her grandkids and spending time with family.

Sarah is now reunited with her loving mother, Lorraine Pena.

Sarah will be remembered for always saying “I love you mucho mucho!”

Funeral Mass, 10 am, Wed., Aug. 6, 2025 at St. Francis Xavier
